Sovereign Infrastructure · Assets

The register is the truth.

A governed ledger holds ownership, encumbrances and active instruments as one record. Every workflow and market transfer meets the same policy engine; anything that cannot commit to the register reverts.

System map. An enterprise system of record emits events to a single sync writer. That workflow path and a token market path both run into one policy engine, which commits to the ownership register on a sovereign ledger or reverts. The register anchors content hashes outward to a public verification surface, across a marked jurisdiction edge. A severed trace labelled no bridge marks the cross-chain link that is deliberately absent.

How it works

One ledger, one rulebook, one line of ownership.

DECA4 · Figure 2Every path into the ledger, whether a government workflow or a market transfer, is checked by the same policy engine against the same rulebook, and a check that cannot be evaluated denies. The register carries the ownership line, encumbrances, and the pointer to the active instrument. What leaves the boundary is a hash, never the record.

Ownership is one line, in one register. Everything else is a projection of it.

01

Settlement is atomic

Asset and payment settle in one transaction. Either both move or neither does, removing the unmatched window that otherwise needs escrow, reconciliation or manual intervention.

02

The rulebook fails closed

Government workflows and market transfers use one policy engine. If a rule cannot be evaluated, title does not move.

03

There is no bridge

The register, money and market remain on one sovereign ledger. Only hashes and state commitments cross the boundary, never the ownership record.

Technical specification

Ledger
Permissioned sovereign chain, named validator set
Writes
Permissioned; reads open to the verification surface
Register
Ownership, shares, custody, active instrument pointer
Encumbrance
Single freeze authority, evaluated on every transfer
Instruments
Versioned under one stable asset key, hash-anchored
Settlement
Same-transaction delivery versus payment
On-ledger
Identifiers, hashes and status. No personal data.
Adoption
Mirror, then automate, then tokenise. By flag, not redeploy.
